Lenny Kravitz's Exhibition 'FLASH'

Posted by in STREET & ART .

It's the life of a rockstar - followed by fans and paparazzi where ever you go. Well guess what, Lenny Kravitz turned it all around - he started taking pictures of his fans and the paparazzi.

I had the pleasure of being part of the opening of his exhibition called 'FLASH' which took place yesterday evening in Vienna, Austria at the OstLicht - Galerie für Fotografie.

Of course Lenny was there, had an opening speech, took pix of the hundreds of fans and paparazzi/ reporters and patiently took his time for book signings. Apart from Lenny looking stunning for his age, it all went very smooth without any faux pas, if you know what I am talking about (#penisgate) wink.

I seriously have live pix of Lenny, but they are so bad, so shaky and such awful quality that I eventually did want to post it - including pix of his exhibition of course. Leica sponsored the project and Mathieu Bitton, a grammy nominated artist and his companion completed the exhibition with portraits of Lenny, picturing private as well as on stage moments during Lenny's world-tour.

The exhibition is going on until August 22nd, 2015 at OstLicht in Vienna, Austria. It's a great presentation of his work, definitely a must see if you are around (and a good place to take great 'Paparazzi-selfies' - hint to my cover picture featuring myself and one of my BFF's).

Now, lay back, relax and enjoy our (not so qualitatively captured) pictures of Lenny and 'FLASH'.
