Day Two Recap

By Malina was an early show on day two of Stockholm Fashion Week. Her collection “Midnight Sun” was plumped with colorful, silky materials. By Malina is known to use the finest silk fabrics – of course hand-printed. Signatures pieces of the Spring/Summer 2016 collection are high-rise, wide pants - almost à la Marlene Dietrich style, wavy, maxi dresses with this year’s customized prints and crop tops for the confident woman. The Midnight Sun collection embraced shades of pastel, electric pink and nude and the bride wore white smiley

For more detailed scoop and a personal one on one interview with the founder and head designer Malin Andrén stay tuned for our upcoming posts.

We, the invitees of the Accessories & Jewellery Lounge were the first to see Victoria Senkpiel's designs. It is a new, luxury footwear that offers long-lasting comfort through Italian hand-made craftsmanship. Victoria Senkpiel, the designer and former ballet dancer who debuted her very first collection in August 2015 named her Spring/Summer 2016 collection "Summer in Falsterbo" which reflects the meeting between sand and water.
